I have a family plus membership and I've never gotten free carousel or train rides. I couldn't find anything on their site about that. Where did you get that information?
Call the zoo! It says right on my flyer- "For an even better value, Family Plus or Grandparent Plus receives a free bonus gift- 3 free rides on teh caousel and 4 free train rides!" Promotion valid through July 31st.
I just called, and they said if you enter that code for the 10% off during checkout, when your pass prints out, it will automatically print the free train and carousel passes as well.
