King's Discount Store: Coupon Binders for $2.50!

As you all know, I'm in the process of converting my coupon organization system to a binder. I haven't had a lot of time this week to work on it, but I'm hoping to finish it tomorrow. I previously bought a Pen-Tab Pro Platinum but just wasn't impressed. It seemed flimsy. Even without using it once, I decided to leave the tag on and see if I could find a better binder.

Enter in a knowledgeable reader who left a comment about King's Discount Store in Layton having zippered binders on clearance! Ahhh, my favorite word! I finally made it there today and was super excited to see not only a wide variety of zippered binders, but they were marked half off the clearance price! I got mine for only $2.50!
They had 2 kinds I thought would really work. One was a 1.5" binder with a removable accordion file on the front. {Pictured below} The other was a 3" binder with an accordion file inside.{Pictured above} Both have several pockets, including a zippered pocket that will be great to hold my calculator and pens. They also both have a handle and removable shoulder strap!
If you're even contemplating using the binder method to organize your coupons, I'd head on over there and grab a binder for $2.50! The clearance sale lasts until school starts, which in the state of Utah, is on the 24th! So you have about 9 days to take advantage of this sale.

There are 5 King's Discount stores in Utah. I went to the Layton store, but they also have locations in Tremonton, Heber, Ogden and Logan. Find a store address here.
To the reader who left me the comment informing me of this deal: thank you!

Thanks for the great deal. I was able to go and get one today. Do you know the best place to get the insert pages? (Photo ones)

best deal I've seen on baseball card pages is at Target... its $5 for 30 pages. At the Orem store you can find them on the back side of the dollar spot near customer service. They're near the Pokemon and Magic the Gathering kind of trading cards.

Wish I lived closer to one of those store... I could use a bigger binder for my coupons now. =)

I got my baseball card holders at Walmart, close to the $5 for 30 range. They are in the front by the magazines/books. I would suggest splitting them with a friend, as you probably won't need all 30 pages. Or maybe you do! ;)

Dang I wish I lived closer to one of those King's Stores. Anyone live close and makes trips to or around the Riverton area and could pick one up for me?
