SC Johnson, maker of Glade, Ziplock and several other brands, is offering a $5 Rebate when you purchase any three of the SC Johnson products listed here. You can do this rebate 3 times per household for a total rebate of $15! Just save your receipts and follow the instructions on this rebate form! Please keep in mind that each $5 rebate needs to be mailed in separately.To receive your mail-in rebate:
1. Purchase any THREE SC Johnson products from the list above between 10/1/2009 and 7/30/2010. Twin-packs and multi-packs are considered as a single product purchase.
2. Write the three UPC bar code numbers from the product packages in the space provided on the rebate form.
3. Send the original dated, store-identified cash register receipts, with the purchase prices of the products circled, along with this completed form.
All requests must be postmarked by 7/15/10 and received by 7/30/10! Right at Home constantly has great coupons available for these products! I'm sure we'll have many options to turn this rebate offer into a moneymaker!

What are the dates for these purchases? Can we use receipts we already have?
The date on the form says October 1, 2009. So, today I guess. Also, do you think we could purchase three of those travel shout wipes for a dollar and that would count? Just curious what your thoughts were on that?
I'll be submitting the free-after-coupon glade 2 oz candles and the 16 cent glade scented oil candles w/ free refill that I did this month. SUPER money maker! I already dug out my receipts (but I'm waiting to submit... all the stuff I bought it packed up right now as I'm moving in a week!).
Actually there is a start date, on the form it says between 10/1/09 and 6/30/10.
