Stock Up on Huggies at Rite Aid: 7 Packs for $3.71 each!

I waited to post this week's Rite Aid deals to make sure all Utah stores were participating in this Huggies sale. Not sure why many of the sale ads didn't reflect the $8.99 sale, but it seems the diapers are still ringing up as $8.99, despite what they're marked.

If you have little ones in diapers, this is a great sale to take advantage of! Many times with couponing, we're able to purchase one or two diapers for this price. This time however, you'll buy 5 packs, then get a voucher for another FREE pack later on via snail mail. Rite Aid does this promo a couple times each year and I love it! I always wait to use my voucher when a Single Check Rebate offer is available for Huggies, so that I get even more money back.

If your store is cleared out of Huggies, ask if you can purchase them now and then pick them up next week, when they're back in stock. Many stores are happy to do this! If you want to call ahead and see if they will, that might be a good idea. Rite Aid stores don't generally have a huge amount of diapers in stock, and with people buying 6 packs at a time, I imagine it will be even more sparse this week.

If you're new to RiteAid, please read this post first. It goes over how Single Check Rebates work and answers many FAQ's about RiteAid shopping.

You'll need a total of five $3/1 Huggies coupons. You should be able to print all 5 with the two available here, and one here.

You'll also need a $5/$25 coupon and a $5/$20 coupon for RiteAid. Print them here. For the $5/$25 one, simply watch the Rite Aid pharmacy video. For the $5/$20 one, you'll have to watch about 15 minutes worth of videos.

Here's how this deal works:

Purchase {3} packs Huggies diapers, $8.99 each
  • Subtotal: $26.97
  • Use $5/$25 coupon
  • Use three $3/1 coupons
  • Final OOP price: $12.97
If you simply do this one transaction, you'll be paying $4.32 per pack. Not a bad deal, but if you do just one more transaction, it will make the deal a lot better!

Purchase {2} packs Huggies diapers, $8.99
Purchase another item totalling at least $2.02- this is the time to use any free product coupons you have- Halls cough drops, Uncle Ben's rice, etc. I'll use a $2.50 item as an example.

  • Subtotal: $20.48
  • Use $5/$20 coupon
  • Use two $3/1 coupons
  • Use free product coupon for filler item {subtract $2.50- my example price}
  • Final OOP price: $6.98
The OOP cost for the two transactions is $19.95+ tax. Submit your receipts online here and you'll also be rewarded with a voucher for a FREE pack of Huggies, making this deal 6 packs for $19.95, or  $3.32 each! {You have to buy 5 packs to get the 6th for free!}

I had a question about the Huggies rebate. I just read the fine print about the rebate on Rite Aid's website and it seems to me that the Huggies Little Movers and Little Snugglers are not part of the rebate. So would you need 5 Snug and Dry diaper coupons then? I copy and pasted what the rebate says below. Please tell me I am wrong on this. I only have 3 Huggies Snug and Dry diaper coupons, but more of the Little Movers and Little Snugglers diaper coupons.

Purchase Five (5) of Any Variety:
• Supreme Diapers, 20-76 ct.
• Snug & Dry Diapers, 23-96 ct.
• Pure & Natural Diapers, 20-33 ct.
• Overnites, 23-27 ct. and
receive a coupon for a 6th pack of Huggies Diapers FREE

Duh! Never mind it says supreme diapers so that should cover them.

Thanks so much for posting this! I just got back - did the transactions just like you said and it all worked like a charm. The main diapers shelf wasn't marked at 8.99, but they all rang up that way. I really appreciate how you help me save so much money on diapers!

Sandy Rite Aid is participating, but are nearly out of all sizes. They will not let you pay for diapers and then do an IOU there. They are also very picky with their coupons. I always have trouble with at least one of the coupons scanning.

I was just wondering where you get the coupons for these items?

Also a HUGE thank you for all the work you do on your site! I live in upstate New York and my sister in law is in Saratoga Springs. She told me about your site and I've been hooked... seems your deals aren't just for Utah, as I am enjoying them all the way in NY! :) Thanks again!

Thank you for sharing this! I am very new to couponing. I went the Sandy Rite Aid last night and did 2 transactions. I didn't get the 6th diaper free. The checker said that it was because I did two transactions. How does that work? Should I have done one transaction? Should it have rang up free? Should I have got something on the receipt? It was still a huge savings for us getting 5 packs for $4.33 each. Thanks again!

Yea! Our Rite Aid at 1600 North Orem on State is out of certain sizes (The one I need) but I found that the big display out fron tiwth the new "Limited Edition Jeans" diapers work! Yeppy!

Ashleigh- enter in your receipt information here to get your free pack:

https://riteaid.rebateplus.com/default.asp?jse=yes

It will come as a voucher in the mail! It's not because you did it in 2 transactions- you saved more $$ by splitting it in two! Once you enter in your receipt info, after a few days it will post to your RiteAid account and you can request your Huggies voucher. EASY.

I can't find the $5 off $25 coupon. I did get the $5 off $20 to work though. Is it gone?

Yes, the Limited Edition Jeans diapers work, and my Rite Aid had two huge cardboard floor displayers, but they weren't on the diaper aisle...look for them elsewhere or just ask. My experience, though, was that they didn't have size 6 any little snugglers or little movers variety. I asked when they would be getting more, and the gentleman offered to honor my little snugglers coupons on the snug and dry variety instead. It pays to ask a few questions!

The jean editions also have a $2 off coupon inside that doesn't expire until December.

Thanks! I just left my Rite-Aid with my diapers :) My Rite Aid was cleaned out but the cashier said she would do rain-checks or you could buy the wrong size & return them for the correct size when they re-stock. I bought them & will take them back next week after a new shipment arrives!
Thanks again!

I picked up a rain check last Thursday. I did this transaction yesterday! Worked like a charm! Thanks so much UDD! I'm going to have to start buying size 4 diapers soon. By the time I use up all these diapers, my baby will be 28 pounds! :)
