One reader will win a gift pack including one package of
Progresso Lemon Pepper Panko and an
autographed copy of chef Chiarello´s new cookbook:
Michael Chiarello´s Bottega.
I've mentioned using Panko in recipes before and I have to say it again- I love it! It's inexpensive and is sold at every grocery store I've been in- you can even buy it in bulk from Winco. Panko is just another form of breading, however it's so light and crispy, it almost gives the taste of fried food without the added calories. This lemon pepper Panko would go perfectly with salmon. The cookbook is absolutely beautiful, however it's not really my style of cooking. I did enjoy looking through it though- gorgeous food is truly an art!
One reader will win an Old El Paso "Family Taco Night" prize pack
which includes a packet of original Old El Paso Taco Seasoning,
a Cactus Chip & Dip Serving dish, a set of 3 Fiesta Chili Pepper serving dishes
and a $10 Visa gift card to purchase your taco fixings.
Anyone who comes to my house in the 2 weeks following Thanksgiving might be subjected to a tradition of mine: turkey tacos. We love them and it's a sure-fire way to use up turkey leftovers. This prize pack would certainly spruce up turkey taco night!
