hey i found that you can get the sunday paper for 1.00 a issue at the dollar store. this is the cheapist i have found.

When you order a yearly subscription to a newspaper, do you pay upfront or is there a payment plan?

I know you said that they deliver statewide, But I am pretty sure they don't deliver to Vernal. I have called to try to get papers and just got the run around ("you need to talk to this person, Oh you need to call this number")...Do you know if they do or do not deliver out here?
