Hi Heather! I'm sure you don't remember me, but we actually met about 1.5 years ago at that Chiropractic dinner in Orem! Anyhow- love the recipe! Thanks! :)
I just have to say I totally recommend owning an immersion blender! They're not that expensive and I use it all the time for soups! So awesome.
Wow, this is the recipe I've been looking for. Is it really close to Zupas? I always get it to share with my daughter....yum!
Made this last night. Super tasty, and easy.
I added Bacon and corn to it! So good!
how close does it compare to the one at zupas? i've tried a few recipes but they werent close enough...
My kids loved this soup. I tout it had the texture of cream of wheat but had a rich flavor, and tasted like cauliflower and cheese (what a shock!) but I thought it was a little bland. Without an immersion blender I probably wouldn't have made it....I love immersion blenders!
Made this today and it was probably the best soup I have ever had! I treated it like potato soup & served with a small dollop of sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onion, & bacon bits on top. My husband couldn't tell the difference.YUM!!
Anon- I'm so glad you liked it! I still make it all the time. We love it too!
