Plum District has a new offer for the magazine junkies among us {me!}: you can get a one- year subscription to Vegetarian Times magazine for only $7!
From snacks to full course meals, Vegetarian Times offers healthier new recipes for classic food dishes. In every issue, you'll find seasonal menus, health news, advisories, reports, and research findings, as well as guidance on diet, exercise, and nutrition.
I try and average one vegetarian meal each week, but lately I've been contemplating upping that to 2. Vegetarian meals are healthier and cheaper, both characteristics that align with my food goals for 2012! I think I'll try this out... see offer details here.

We aren't vegetarian, and we don't have specific goals about having vegetarian meals on a regular basis or anything, but this magazine is great. They really give a great variety of recipes and give great ideas for how to use less common vegetables. They did an article a couple of years ago on making your own yogurt, too, and gave the best recipe for chocolate yogurt. Yum. Anyway, I don't think you'll regret getting this.
Julie- I'm so glad you left this comment! I've never heard of the magazine, but like I said, I try and cook vegetarian meals and this looked like a good fit. Hmm- chocolate yogurt- sounds good!
