Essential Oils are very popular right now and can be used in so many ways. I've personally used them to treat a variety of everyday ailments: headaches, congestion, sore throats, stress, insomnia, minor nausea and more. I use the peppermint oil to combat migraines and usually the peppermint oil wins. I love that stuff and preach it to everyone!
